Eligibility

Are You Eligible To Donate?
You must have title to the vehicle and it must be unencumbered by a lien. Your vehicle does not have to run. However, it must be towable - all 4 tires must be inflated, there shouldn't be any major parts missing, and it must be in a location that it accessible to a tow truck.

How Much Will I Receive?
You might be surprised what your old car is worth! The IRS says you may use any widely used guidebook to determine value. The website of Kelly Blue Book, give price quotes for used cars. Lookup the value for your car and print the information for your records.


Donation Process

What Is The Donation Process?
Fill out the online form with information about your car. We will send a reply by email, confirming the details you gave, and instructions on sending your title to us. Then you need to send your title to us. After we receive your title, we will contact the towing company, which will contact you to arrange a time for a pickup.


Transferring Car Registration

How Long Does It Take?
You must first send us your title (or transferable registration, if you don't have a title) before we can pick up your car. You car will be picked up 2-7 days after we receive your title. You will receive your tax receipt approximately 5 days after we receive your title.


No Car Title

What If I Don't Have My Title?
If you don't have your title you will need to request a duplicate title from your local Department of Motor Vehicles. This normally takes about 2 weeks, and costs about $7.00.
